Noyan Capital was founded by its namesake, Axel Noyan. A jurist by training (LLB, University of London), he brings a specialist's command of French civil law — particularly droit des biens (property law), droit de la copropriété (co-ownership law), droit immobilier (real estate law), and droit des sociétés — the legal foundations on which ownership, value, and the holding of assets ultimately rest in Mauritius.

That grounding shapes how the group invests, structures, and holds the businesses it builds. His conviction is straightforward: that good businesses deserve patient, capable stewards, and that the best returns come from building things properly and holding them for the long term.
